- 1 Egg Yolk
- 1Egg White
- 1 Brown Toast
- Coconut Oil
- Preheat the oven on 230C , oil a backing pan and put it aside.
- Whisk the egg whites very well until its fluffy
- Get the toast and put the egg yolk in the center, then spread around it the fluffy egg whites.
- Place the toast on the backing tray and put it in the oven for 5 minutes or until the egg whites fluffed up an turn gold-ish from the top.
